Avery is going on 10 months now. She's long mastered crawling and is now "cruising" around all the furniture and getting more brave by the day.
She's a good eater - some of the items on her weekly menu are rice and barley cereal, apples, pears (with spinach - crazy right), carrots, green beans, peas, black beans, prunes, cheerios and apple juice (which usually ends up more on her outfit than in her mouth).
She makes a lot of sounds - mamamama, nanananan, dadadada, babababa, though I wouldn't say any of these necessarily have an association with a person or object yet.
At her 9 month check up she was about 18 lbs and right on track for height and weight. She's doing wonderful and although the dogs might disagree so are the rest of us. And of course - here are some more of the latest photos:
